The rise of Legacy Security
Our roots run deep in South African private security. Through different chapters and identities — most recently as Division International — the same operators, standards and discipline have made us a trusted partner to estates, businesses, embassies and high-profile individuals, and a working ally to local and international government agencies in operations that have disrupted more than $300 million in illicit business.
In 2026, we strengthened our directorate with two senior appointments to expand operations internationally and entered a new chapter as Legacy Security — a name chosen to mark the evolution, signal our long-term ambitions, and reinforce what has always been our greatest asset: a reputation worth protecting.
The team, the standards, and the operators on the ground remain the same. What's new is scale, infrastructure, and the resources to expand our international and diplomatic capabilities.
